Making his first appearance on The Under-Cover Album Review is rapper C Rose, for his most recent single "Shame On Me" which will be featured on his forthcoming album Bastille Day, scheduled to release on July 14th. This track features a strong, eerie, and head-nod inducing beat produced by Obelo, which goes hand-in-hand with the up-tempo style of C Rose. Additionally, Rose has an above average flow and all throughout this track he puts that talent on full display. Other than the somewhat repetitive hook, there isn't anything wrong with this track, in fact, it's one of the better hip-hop singles to be featured on the site in recent memory.
