Taelor Gray, brother of Christon Gray, is an extremely talented emcee, and he displays this talent all throughout the track. Aside from his educated and clever lyricism, Taelor excels in the delivery of his verses, which again is displayed on this specific single. Additionally, the beat on "Progress" is nothing to sneeze at, as its softer vibe compliments Gray's vocals wonderfully.
