Stranger by Derek Minor feat. Roz

Derek Minor - Stranger

"Stranger" is a song written by Christian hip-hop artist, Derek Minor, in response to the Ferguson, Missouri protests. Other than the beautifully constructed hook sang by Roz, this song's interesting characteristic, is that it's not picking a side. Meaning that this is not a black empowerment track, nor is it a white degradation track. It is simply a song on the side of the people, and stating that while we don't have to be in agreeance with one another, we as people should be there to console each other. This is a very smooth and elegant song, with real world connotations. Give "Stranger" a listen and comment your thoughts!
