Something we here at The Under-Cover Album Review will always support, is the quality artist, regardless of their popularity. One North Carolina rhymer who is a great embodiment of "quality" is rapper Descendent. While his current catalog is relatively small, he chooses to focus on said quality, rather than quantity. Not only that, but he is an activist for the many things he is passionate about, and is always striving to do more. His latest example of that, comes to us by way of the short film, SOUL which was written by Descendent himself, and is based off his single that bears the same name. This video is powerful and moving, and watching it is a great way to show support for an awesome artist, and an even better guy. Give it a play and feel free to comment your thoughts!
